THE FIERCE ACADEMY.
ABOUT
The Fierce Academy program is a tournament team program that identifies, develops and connects top talent.
Academy players will train and compete in a highly committed environment with professional coaches. Fierce Academy players have exclusive access to the resources of Fierce Futbol at discounted rates.
Fierce Academy teams will compete in both regional, national and international tier tournaments.
The Fierce Academy is a club neutral program that supplements the club experience with high level training with extensive resources and opportunities.
SEASON STRUCTURE
The Fierce Academy program is a 10-month program where players will train :
1 Day per week on the field
(Approximately 40 trainings)
1 Day per week off the field Virtual Tactical
(Approximately 40 trainings)
3 Tournaments
(SELECTED PLAYERS)
Academy players who wish to train more or want to take advantage of additional resources can do so at a reduced rate.
ACADEMY PLAYERS & TOURNAMENT TEAMS
The structure of the Fierce Academy is made of two parts.
Fierce Academy Players
Compete in the player pool of selected players to train 2 days per week (1 day on field and 1 day off field).
Fierce Academy Tournament Players
These players are selected from our Academy pool of players who will compete in a variety of tournaments (tournament fee). These players can and will be rotated based on overall development of the specific age group.
As a Fierce Academy player, the level of competition and drive toward individual player development will be the driving force of the academy program.
